Your email address, optional cell number, notification preferences, and the date and wording of your consent. This signup does not request clinical or health information.

Why we collect it

To let you know when the 80hdbuddy time-management publication is available. Email is required for signup. Text notification is optional and requires a separate opt-in. Signing up does not establish a therapeutic relationship or enroll you in treatment.

Storage & access

The list is stored in the website’s hosted database. Administrative access is restricted to Rachel’s authorized account. The signup list is not sold. If a delivery service is connected, contact details and notification preferences will be shared with it only as needed to deliver the launch notice.

Your choices

To withdraw consent or request deletion before launch, email Rachel directly at rachelhonig@attncenter.nyc and mention the 80hdbuddy launch list. Do not include health information in your request. Any launch email will include an unsubscribe option; any text service must support opt-out before messages are sent.

Retention

Contact details will be retained until the launch notification has been completed or you request deletion. Continued marketing requires a separate choice.
